July 7, 2022: Carleen Lyden Walker, Co-Founder and Executive Director of the North American Marine Environment Protection Association (NAMEPA) announces that NAMEPA is now accepting nominations for the 2022 Marine Environment Protection (MEP) Awards. “One of the tenets of the ‘MEPA Movement’ is to recognize those who are contributing to the protection and sustainability of the marine environment”, stated Ms. Walker. “We believe this recognition not only illuminates the work that is being done to Save Our Seas, but also encourages others to increase their focus on this important work.”
