The present rights and privileges of each category of membership shall be as follows:-
PLATINUM MEMBERS:
a. 300 of the 365 platinum members shall be selected from 30 selected maritime hubs of the world. The list of 30 maritime hubs is as under:

b. Platinum members who are inactive and do not contribute to the development of the club shall be replaced by active Associate members whose contributions are worthy of note. The decision to replace members shall be taken by the management committee and at no point shall it exceed 10% of the Platinum Members.
c. Platinum members are entitled to the issue of a Platinum subscription of the website www.marinebiztv.com which shall be free to the members for a period of one year from the date of issue. Renewal requests will be entertained only when the request is made in writing by the authorized officer of the organization.
d. For the issuance of the Platinum subscription, the Platinum member should apply in a form provided for the purpose giving details of its members with the e-mail addresses.
e. Platinum members are entitled to 23 minutes of telecasting time including 3 minutes of advertising on Marine BizTV. The same program may have repeat telecasts during the year. This shall be exclusively for the promotion of the activities of the Platinum member.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS:
a. Associate members are entitled to the issue of a subscription of the website www.marinebiztv.com which shall be distributed to the members for a period of one year from the date of issue. Renewal requests will be entertained only when the request is made in writing by the authorized officer of the organization.
b. For the issuance of the subscription, the Associate member should apply in a form provided for the purpose giving details of its members with the e-mail addresses.
CORPORATE MEMBERS:
a. Corporate members are entitled to the issue of a subscription of the website www.marinebiztv.com which shall be distributed to the members for a period of one year from the date of issue. Renewal requests will be entertained only when the request is made in writing by the authorized officer of the organization.
b. For the issuance of the subscription, the corporate member should apply in a form provided for the purpose giving details of its members with the e-mail addresses.
INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERS:
a. IMI members are entitled to the issue of a subscription of the website www.marinebiztv.com which shall be free to the members for a period of one year from the date of issue. Renewal requests will be entertained only when the request is made in writing by the authorized officer of the organization.
b. For the issuance of the subscription, the corporate member should apply in a form provided for the purpose giving details of its members with the e-mail addresses.
STUDENT MEMBERS:
a. Student members are not entitled to the issue of a free subscription. They may utilize the subscription of the parent institution they belong.
GENERAL PRIVILEGES OF IMC MEMBERS:
a. An individual or organization may belong to multiple IMC organizations but only one password can be utilized against one IMC subscription.
b. News and Announcements regarding the activities of all IMC members (except student members) shall be promoted through various programs and scroll advertisements on Marine BizTV and the website.
c. Various programs will be organized by Marine BizTV and the website to create a platform for interaction between IMC members and the IMI and student members.
d. One IMC member from each of the maritime hubs listed in clause 28.a) shall be nominated to the Technical Advisory board of Marine BizTV.
